Research results
He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research of government accounting and fiscal theory and policy for a long time. He has published more than 30 academic papers in journals such as Public Finance Research, Taxation Research, Southeast Academic Research, Economic Review Journal, Fujian Tribune, Qinghai Social Sciences, International Taxation in China, China State Finance, and has written and published treatises such as “On the reform of Chinese government accounting” and “Research on the construction and implementation of Chinese government cost accounting system”. He is the editor in chief of the Ministry of finance's textbooks “Asset Evaluation” and “Financial Accounting”. He presided over 4 major projects of provincial base, key projects of provincial social science and general projects, and undertook more than 20 local government research and decision-making consulting projects. In 2017, the academic paper on fiscal decentralization was awarded the second prize of "the sixth national excellent financial theory research achievement" by the Ministry of Finance and China finance society.
